Demand Planning and Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective demand planning and fulfillment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and problem statements.
  • Lead the Demand & Supply Planning process, technical design, build, testing, and training.
  • Collaborate with Business Integration teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Define data requirements, report issues, and interact directly with customers.
  • Conduct conference room pilots with SMEs, develop/upgrades/support tasks, review technical specs, and coordinate with offshore teams to resolve queries or clarifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JDA Demand & Fulfillment, manufacturing domain experience, and implementation expertise.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing JDA templates for Supply and Inventory Planning, considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, client managers, and specialists, to understand requirements and problem statements.

Able to think critically and strategically, you will drive business growth through effective demand planning and fulfillment strategies.
