Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, development and deployment of end-to-end data pipelines on AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable data processing pipelines using Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Redshift and Apache Spark.
  • The successful candidate will implement complex data transformation workflows using SQL and deliver optimized solutions for performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness leveraging AWS best practices.
  • This role requires strong collaboration skills to work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver customized data solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale data processing pipelines in a production environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining orchestration workflows to automate data pipeline execution scheduling and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience in using AppFlow, Event Bridge and Lambda to schedule and monitor data pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, database design principles and SQL/Spark SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data processing and analytics concepts.
