Procurement Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities, from sourcing and contract management to vendor performance evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing procurement plans, including sourcing strategies, budgeting, and timelines;
  • Coordinating with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other contractual agreements;
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide procurement solutions;
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance data.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
