We're seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and manage Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The role involves:

  • Designing and developing IGA solutions
  • Performing technical troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues
  • Client interaction and stakeholder management
  • Managing the deployed IGA solution, resolving incidents, and performing deployments
Technical Competency

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of hands-on development experience on SailPoint IdentityIQ product
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, and access request process
  • Hands-on experience in developing, configuring life cycle events, access requests, access certification, password management, applications, rules, workflows, forms, quick links, etc. in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis for issues occurring in SailPoint IdentityIQ Production environment
  • Experience in administering, operating, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ product
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ product performance optimization and tuning
  • Experience with Linux commands, JVM configuration, basic database queries, etc.
  • Experience with integrating AD, LDAP, Webservice, Databases, and other systems/business applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Experience with managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) around high-priority Production incidents
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ build process (using standard service build)
  • Experience with GitHub for code version management
  • Understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Experience with large IAM engagements and client interaction
  • Mandatory development experience, workflow development, rule development, application onboarding/update/modification, and defect fixing/analyzing existing code
