About Us

We're seeking an accomplished cybersecurity expert to drive our Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.

Governance, risk management, and compliance are crucial components of any successful business. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GRC frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and others.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead security assessments against recognized frameworks and develop, implement, and manage GRC initiatives for clients.
  • Perform gap assessments, provide recommendations for compliance and risk mitigation, and drive development and maintenance of risk management processes and tools.
  • Draft, review, and refine security policies, procedures, and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth security assessments, including readiness assessments for certifications, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC roles, including hands-on exposure to frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and others.
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and technically accurate security policies, procedures, and assessments.
  • Experience conducting security assessments, gap analysis, and control mapping exercises across multiple frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience working with global customers and understanding region-specific regulations, such as GDPR, DORA, CCPA.
  • Familiarity with cloud security governance frameworks for AWS, Azure, etc., and third-party risk management TPRM.
