Job Title: Supply Chain Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Supply Chain Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and automating planning, sourcing, production, and delivery of goods and services around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate independently to provide quality work products to engagements.
  • Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Apply methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • Act as team lead on projects.
  • Consult with management of customer organizations.
  • Participate in business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Supply chain management functional expertise.
  • Experience in one or more modules like procurement suite covering purchasing, sourcing, contracts, approval management, and inventory management.
  • At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.
  • Experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs, and conducting conference room pilots.
  • Configuring applications in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or master's degree in business administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
  • Should be good team player and have good analytical skills.
