We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Lead to spearhead our sales efforts in the USA staffing market, driving business growth through strategic client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for the USA staffing market, focusing on IT, engineering, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
  • Identify and target prospective clients through networking, market research, industry events, and digital channels.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with enterprise, mid-market, and fast-growth companies.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, HR, or related field); MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership within the U.S. staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, with a hunter mentality and strong leadership abilities.
