Webflow Developer

We are seeking a skilled Webflow developer to create and manage our marketing web properties. This individual will work closely with our marketing team to design high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and conduct regular audits.
  • Measure conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide data-driven suggestions to the team.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Work with content, design, and product teams to drive online experiences for leads and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
