Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure timely filings and compliance, and manage statutory records. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AOC-4, MGT-7A, Form 8, Form 11, and DPT-03.

    This role requires someone who can handle share capital alterations, corporate restructuring, and other statutory filings with precision and attention to detail.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting board resolutions and maintaining statutory registers.

    Effective communication and coordination with clients and regulatory bodies on ROC-related matters is essential.

    Daily bank reconciliations and accurate maintenance of Books of Accounts are also part of the job.

  • We need an expert to prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B), as well as annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).

    Additionally, managing CMP-08 returns and GST refund processing is crucial.

    Liaising with GST officers for clarifications and follow-ups is an essential aspect of this role.

  • An experienced professional is required to compute and manage advance tax, TDS deductions, and ITR filings.

    Handling MAT calculations, tax refund processes, and deferred tax analysis is a key responsibility.

    Coordinating tax audit procedures and managing documentation for scrutiny cases is also part of the job.

  • This position involves ensuring adherence to FEMA regulations for applicable clients.

    Managing foreign remittance reporting, FIRC/FCGPR filings, and coordinating with AD banks is crucial.

  • We require an individual who can oversee compliance with UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations).

    Ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements is also essential.

    Assisting clients with registration and reporting obligations under the UAE Corporate Tax regime is a key responsibility.

    Coordination with UAE Free Zone Authorities and other regulatory bodies as required is necessary.

  • This role involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with RBI regulations for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings.

    Preparing and submitting relevant forms such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and APR is crucial.

    Liaising with AD Category-I banks for RBI-related reporting and approvals is essential.

  • Maintaining day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting systems is a key responsibility.

    Preparing financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports is also part of the job.
