Job Description

The Accounting department seeks an experienced professional to support the production of accurate and timely financial statements.

This role reports to the Accounting Senior Manager and involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and accounting AP & corporate expense reports
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliation
  • Assisting with tax filings
  • Preparing month close activities such as accruals, prepays, deferrals, etc
  • Supporting revenue recognition & refunds

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and approving POs and invoices in Nexonia
  • Processing weekly check run for vendor payments
  • Initiating wire requests
  • Requesting and maintaining W-9/W-8 information for vendors and recording new vendor information into NetSuite
  • Creating necessary AP accrual journal entries and monthly dererral entries
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting. They should be proficient in Excel and possess knowledge of advanced accounting platforms like NetSuite. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilities.
