">Key Responsibilities:
">- Financial Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its overall strategic objectives.
">- Financial System Development & Implementation: Establish a comprehensive audit framework and policies aligned with international best practices.
">- World-Class Financial Systems Implementation & Management: Evaluate, select, and implement an integrated world-class financial management system that meets the organization's current and future needs.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
">- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in a combination of auditing, finance, and accounting roles.
">- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or other relevant international accounting standards.
">- Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills.
