Job Title: Validation Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our validation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic validation plans to ensure quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Establish validation protocols and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential product risks.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for validation services.
  • Ensure documentation and traceability of validation activities.
  • Provide regular updates on validation activities to stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and coaching.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in validation and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
