Regional Sales Director

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth and a deep understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years as a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market and customer segments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to analyze sales data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies
