We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead strategic, operational, and commercial functions. This role demands leadership, industry expertise, and on-ground presence to represent the company in high-stakes scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop business plans aligned with company vision, drive revenue growth through new market development, product line expansion, and key account scaling.">
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee production, supply chain, and quality compliance ensuring WHO-GMP and regulatory adherence, build SOPs for consistent output, reduced wastage, and optimized resources.">
  • Client Representation & High-Stakes Engagements: Represent the company in large client meetings, exhibitions, and critical events where assurance, negotiation, and relationship building are essential.">
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve performance objectives, foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.">
  • Pharmaceutical Domain Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape, ensure all operations comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.">

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.">
