Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This includes monitoring and maintaining network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, as well as performing regular network performance monitoring and optimization tasks.

You will also be responsible for configuring and deploying network devices and services, implementing and managing network security measures, and providing technical support to end-users for network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
  • Perform regular network performance monitoring and optimization tasks.
  • Configure and deploy network devices and services.
  • Implement and manage network security measures.
  • Provide technical support to end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 7-15 years of experience in network administration or a related IT field. You should have strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols, as well as proficiency with network hardware and operating systems.

You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are highly desirable.
