Key responsibilities include system acceptance testing, creating standard operating procedures, and adhering to formal change control processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring Service Now tickets are fully documented and resolved or escalated to the appropriate support tier within SLA guidelines.

Key skills and qualifications include strong technical and analytical skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and excellent communication skills. You will also have experience with software operating systems, networking, and applications, as well as knowledge of utility operations and AMI operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • System Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new customer deployments/upgrades
  • Lead creation of standard operating procedures and solutions for technical elements of the system that are effective and repeatable
  • Adhere to formal change control processes
  • Ensure Service Now tickets are fully documented and resolved or escalated to the appropriate support tier within SLA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics and Communications/Computer Science/IT) from a four-year college or university degree from a technical institution
  • Seven plus years of industry experience
  • Energy utility operations experience is a plus
  • Experience in working with solutions involving both software and hardware
