Senior Tax Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic taxation professional to lead our tax compliance efforts. As a Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, overseeing tax computations, and coordinating with auditors.
- Main Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate GST and indirect tax filings by maintaining a thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee TDS computation, deduction, and payment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Coordinate audits, assessments, and statutory responses, providing expert advice to management on tax risks and compliance matters.
Act as the primary advisor to management on tax-related issues, including process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Review and support other areas of accounts, including payables and finance, to ensure seamless financial operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring that all tax-related information is readily available for audit purposes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in taxation and compliance, with 5–8 years of experience in managing GST, TDS, and statutory filings for manufacturing companies. A bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance is preferred. We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
