Tax Compliance Specialist

This role focuses on leading tax compliance, planning and advisory teams to ensure timely and accurate filing of income tax returns, tax audits and other statutory filings. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of corporate tax laws, transfer pricing and international tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead tax audit teams and manage interactions with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate cross-border transactions, monitor global tax developments and assess potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance, ensuring alignment with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in income tax compliance, planning and advisory roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
