- Experience range: Minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Supplier Sourcing.
- Working Day: 6 Days in a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the India supplier market. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for global sourcing and purchasing, managing import operations, and overseeing vendor selection and development.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to drive business growth
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities through innovative sourcing techniques
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain excellence
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
6. Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

1. Bachelor's and master's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electronics) or related field
2. Minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Supplier Sourcing
3. Strong understanding of the India supplier market, particularly in automotive and white goods sectors
4. Excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the India supplier market
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
8. Experience with supply chain management software and systems
