Job Overview

The Systems Integration Advisor role involves leading complex development projects, managing stakeholders, and promoting team readiness. This requires identifying improvement opportunities, delivering capabilities using agile practices, and managing multiple projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-priority projects, manage sponsors and stakeholders with competing priorities, resourcing levels, and time constraints.
  • Drive teams to accomplish daily activities by promoting prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.
  • Assist teams in identifying continuous improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.
  • Enable teams to deliver capabilities using agile practices while following SDLC, business process mapping, and various release processes.
  • Work with broader teams to define product goals and longer-term strategic vision.
  • Develop, implement, and manage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support stakeholder engagement, communication, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
  • Proactively identify efficiency and design improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Experience or knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery framework.
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
