Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team.

Job Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing integration layers between applications, systems, and services. This role focuses on building robust middleware components, message queues, API gateways, and microservice orchestration to ensure seamless system-to-system communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integration flows between front-end, back-end, and external systems.
  • Implement and manage middleware components such as ESB flows, message queues, and APIs.
  • Develop and manage microservice orchestration for scalable integrations.
  • Ensure integrations are secure, fault-tolerant, and high-performing.
  • Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and application teams to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize integration pipelines for high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain documentation for integration workflows, APIs, and system interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in API development, API Gateways, and ESB solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with integration frameworks and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and related protocols.
  • Familiarity with security standards like OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with cloud-based integration services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
