Job Title: Construction Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the completion of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with our sales team to meet customer requirements, monitor project progress through regular review meetings, and conduct field education training to promote a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have strong leadership abilities. A degree or diploma in an engineering discipline is preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in the elevator industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans for your area of operations
  • Plan and schedule jobs in consultation with the team
  • Monitor project progress and visit sites as needed
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
  • Develop site safety and logistics plans
  • Forecast and schedule labor resources for successful project completion
  • Perform quality assurance checks and improve efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and good decision-making skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in the elevator industry
