Job Role Overview

As a key member of the finance team, you will support comprehensive and timely reporting within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.

  • Prepare monthly management reports and schedules to provide insights and summaries for decision-making and planning processes.
  • Collect, clean, and present large data sets in excel templates/schedules and ppt for stakeholders.
  • Review actual financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC) & Fund usage, identifying irregularities and making necessary corrections.
  • Support annual budgeting processes, quarterly projections, and KPI reporting, including updating budget templates.
  • Update budgets in SAP, monitor variances, and address queries related to budgets.
  • Assist with ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department as they arise.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, time management, MS Office, and AI tools. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration is mandatory, while a Chartered Accountant (CA) Intermediate/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) Intermediate/Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance is desirable.
