Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products against defined quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits on production lines to identify deviations from established quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results, deviations, and corrective actions to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Investigate quality-related complaints and provide solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols to protect employees and customers.
  • Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence.
  • Prepare and submit quality reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
