Commercial Audit Manager Position

Job Title: Commercial Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS regulations.
  • Leading a team of accounting and auditing experts to ensure high-quality results are achieved.
  • Carrying out independent accounting and auditing research to support informed decision-making.
  • Building strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Presenting and analyzing disclosure impact on business operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS is required.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields are preferred.
  • Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview software is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is required.
  • Industry exposure: General Commercial, with a preference for candidates with construction industry experience and a background in reviews and compilations.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Willingsness to learn new software and technologies is desirable.
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player are key characteristics for success in this position.
