Webdew is seeking a skilled Hubspot Specialist to join our team in a remote setting. With a proven track record of implementing Hubspot's suite of products and driving business growth, this role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft captivating landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns utilizing the HubSpot platform
  • Establish clear retention objectives for clients and team members, ensuring alignment for mutual success
  • Highlight product value and promote additional services through outstanding client experiences and brand representation
  • Segment lists based on user behavior and optimize lead nurturing workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Enhance email productivity while mitigating list decay and minimizing unsubscribers
  • Implement streamlined processes for campaign and lead management, adhering to best practices
  • Collaborate on developing training courses and educational materials for departmental members
  • Analyze campaign metrics to evaluate success and refine strategies for future initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Hubspot expert or specialist
  • Experience working on the Hubspot CRM is strongly preferred
  • Able to perform API Integration Marketing automation
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing existing processes in the Customer Success Department
  • Deep understanding of clients' concerns and thoughts regarding the use of services and ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
