Job Title: Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a passionate and skilled coach to join our team of trainers at Leap Gymnastics Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions for gymnasts of varying age groups and abilities.

  • Design and deliver age-appropriate training programs across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
  • Conduct individual and group sessions, offering personalized feedback and technical instruction
  • Monitor and assess gymnast progress, identifying areas for improvement and goal setting
  • Ensure safe use of equipment and maintain a supportive, positive training environment
  • Communicate clearly with athletes, parents, and support staff to align on training plans and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a gymnastics coach, instructor, or in a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire young athletes
  • Commitment to safety, discipline, and long-term athlete development
  • Passion for grassroots sport and child-centered learning
Key Responsibilities:
