  • Design and deliver age-appropriate training programs across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
  • Conduct individual and group sessions, offering personalized feedback and technical instruction
  • Monitor and assess gymnast progress, identifying areas for improvement and goal setting
  • Ensure safe use of equipment and maintain a supportive, positive training environment
  • Communicate clearly with athletes, parents, and support staff to align on training plans and progress
  • Participate in the planning and execution of events, internal showcases, and competitions
  • Stay updated on global trends, coaching methods, and safety protocols in gymnastics
  • Support our mission to instill lifelong values of hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship in young athletes

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a gymnastics coach, instructor, or in a related role

  • Passion for grassroots sport and child-centered learning

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • National/International coaching certification in Gymnastics
  • Experience working in structured youth programs or academies
