We are seeking a skilled theatre educator to join our team of experienced professionals in teaching children and young adults.

Job Description:

  • Design and deliver engaging drama lessons tailored to the needs of students aged 5-18.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and lesson plans that meet the highest standards.
  • Prepare students for Trinity/LAMDA examinations, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate student showcases and milestones, fostering a sense of achievement and growth.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Key Qualifications:

  • BEd Diploma or ECCEd Diploma or Theatre in Education certification or qualification in a related field.
  • At least two years of teaching and/or theatre training experience.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English language skills.
  • Able to break down complex information into clear instructions.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new methods and approaches.
  • Familiarity with Trinity Examinations and LAMDA is beneficial but not required.
