PCBA and Product Test Equipment Development Manager

As a senior engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of PCBA and product test equipment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of PCBA and product test equipment ensuring compliance with test specifications.
- Engage suppliers for the development, validation, and qualification of test equipment.
- Support product industrialization by integrating test processes into manufacturing support.
- Conduct test automation using LabVIEW and manage DFT activities during product design.
Deliverables:
- Develop and implement test plans, work instructions, and jig implementations for new product testing.
- Qualify and validate fully test equipment with documented safety and ergonomics checks.
- Effectively transfer test technologies to internal and contract manufacturing setups.
- Ensure on-time project execution through supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution.
You will be responsible for managing and implementing multiple projects simultaneously. You must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
