Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to oversee the development and maintenance of our electronic hardware products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics engineering and team management.

  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic hardware systems.
  • Develop and implement design guidelines and processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues and improve product performance.
  • Select and specify active and passive components, and justify design decisions.
  • Create electrical schematics and oversee printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) design.
  • Conduct design verification tests and debug boards to ensure compliance.
  • Support validation teams during testing phases and provide internal guidance on technical matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and apply knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
