Job Title: Senior Electronics Hardware Leader

The role is responsible for the technical leadership of automotive electronics hardware development for global vehicle OEMs, including instrument clusters, in-vehicle infotainment, cameras, information displays, and cockpit electronics controllers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop electrical hardware design independently on design tasks, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
  • Lead design and development of automotive products with microcontrollers, system-on-chips (SOCs), high-speed memory, LVDS, FPD Link-III circuitry, and high-speed design for automotive applications.
  • Design and develop digital core, audio, camera, and video signals, analog, and digital control logic, linear, and switching power supplies for automotive applications.
  • Perform worst-case analysis and simulations to guarantee compliance to customer requirements, utilizing lab equipment experience with power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters.
  • Support product design reviews, create/maintain schematic and assembly drawings within the change management structure, and develop and maintain electrical Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Generate electrical information for ECAD (Electronic Computer-Aided Design) and support ECAD designers, perform testing, support EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and validation testing, and utilize structured problem-solving techniques for test failure resolution.
  • Present product design, analysis, and testing to customers, supporting hardware prototype build and creating product verification plans.
