Senior Engineering Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, along with strong team leadership skills.

The successful Senior Engineering Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of US Engineering Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
  • Driving end-to-end recruitment for US-based Engineering roles across multiple clients and industries.
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates.
  • Providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensuring adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters.
  • Monitoring daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
