Engineer in Mechanical Development

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Engineer in Mechanical Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new compressors with high reliability, focusing on torsional and mechanical vibration analysis to achieve specified noise and vibration levels.
  • Design alternative testing systems and implement product improvements and cost reduction activities.
  • Carry out testing, collect data, document, and analyze results while maintaining adherence to quality management systems (QMS) procedures.
  • Utilize knowledge of vibration and noise control, international standards, and the latest technologies to ensure design, manufacturing, modeling, and FEA analysis using ANSYS.
  • Prepare reports on operations and non-operational hours, and possess fundamental knowledge of compressors, thermodynamics, and sizing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience.
  • Expertise in vibration and noise control, including knowledge of international standards like API, ASME, ASTM, DIN, etc.
  • Ability to assimilate technology and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
  • Proficiency in English language skills, with German language skills being an added advantage.
