We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design, development, and integration of advanced robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical design and development of robotic products, assemblies, and components.
  • Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, thermal analysis, and DFMEA to ensure design reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.
  • Select materials and manufacturing processes based on project requirements and cost constraints.
  • Evaluate and improve existing mechanical designs for performance, manufacturability, and durability.
  • Support product documentation, technical specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, injection molding), and GD&T.
  • Experience with robotics, automation systems, or electromechanical assemblies is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, etc.) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
