Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them for implementations.
  2. Validate customer data integrity, mapping, and synchronization across various systems.
  3. Test customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations end-to-end.
  4. Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution.
  7. Maintain accurate test documentation and report bugs using appropriate tools.
  8. Contribute to process improvements and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights projects.
  2. Strong understanding of Dataverse schema and data flow within the Power Platform.
  3. Experience testing integrations with third-party systems.
  4. Familiarity with D365 CRM (particularly Customer Service module) from a QA perspective.
  5. Proficient in API testing tools and defect tracking software.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.

Good to Have:

  1. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights.
  2. Experience with automation tools and frameworks.
  3. Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or Power Platform for test automation.
