Job Title: Human Resources Data Analyst

About the Role:

  • Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and forecasting, ensuring a systematic link between employee headcount, movements, and compensation costs.
  • Promote analytics excellence within HR by developing and delivering high-quality metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics.
  • Leverage technology and analytical tools (R, Python) to extract, analyze and communicate findings from enterprise-wide people data to senior management.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven ability in designing and building workforce-related reporting, analytics and forecasting using HR databases and systems.
  • Experience in analytics environments (metrics and reporting), preferably within HR.
  • Mastery of financial planning regarding workforce costs (fixed pay, variable pay, benefits).
  • Developing and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans and HR reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Leading the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships and trends, and presenting results in graphs, charts and tables.

Key Requirements:

  1. Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems for workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  2. Familiarity with analytics environments (metrics and reporting), ideally within HR.
  3. Financial planning expertise concerning workforce costs (fixed pay, variable pay, benefits).
  4. Developing and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans, and HR reports to achieve business objectives.
  5. Interpreting HR data to recognize meaningful differences, correlations, and trends, then communicating results via visualizations.
