About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our AI safety services.

  • This is a high-profile role that requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive impactful innovation in AI safety.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of experienced engineers to develop cutting-edge AI safety solutions. This includes:

  • Setting Clear Goals and Objectives: Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for the team to deliver high-quality AI safety services.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them grow professionally and personally.
  • Collaborating with Customers: Work closely with customers to understand their AI safety challenges and translate their needs into actionable roadmaps aligned with their innovation cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and a strong background in software engineering, AI, and data-intensive platforms. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical concepts with customer value.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in common software languages, frameworks, and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and SQL/noSQL databases.
  • Leadership Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years managing technical teams or complex projects.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
