Job Title: Advanced Business Analyst

A highly skilled business analyst is sought to deliver advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insights that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing requirements and implementing analytics in Workday reporting suite
  • Engineering solutions for both front-end reporting deliveries and back-end process efficiencies
  • Providing support to the HR function in areas of people metrics reporting and advanced and predictive analytics
  • Participating in analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identifying trends and making predictions
  • Creating/maintaining and ensuring integrity of key HR data sets, reports, and metrics
  • Transforming data visualizations to support business models
  • Providing high-level consulting to identify and support HR and business reporting and data needs
  • Communicating recommendations on initiatives and influencing leaders through data analytics and thoughtful interpretation of findings
  • Driving initiatives that result in cost savings and process efficiencies
  • Securing buy-in across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management
  • Acting as a data advisor to business stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience on Workday PRISM
  • Advanced experience with Workday reporting tools and PRISM
  • Knowledge around database management in relation to PRISM
  • Demonstrated experience building complex statistical models
  • Familiarity with HR not required but highly desired
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
