Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to spearhead our Product Implementation team's initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, maintaining version control and obtaining client approval as necessary.">
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless project execution.">
  • Triage requirements in collaboration with the team, devising solutions or seeking guidance from management to meet project timelines.">
  • Lead project implementation, ensuring a smooth handover to the support team post-go-live, with continued assistance as needed.">
  • Generate Change Requests where applicable, striving to leverage additional revenue opportunities that benefit the client.">
  • Deliver client expectations within agreed project timelines, guaranteeing all SOW objectives are met with superior quality.">
  • Ensure optimal utilization of supporting teams, including PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams, as required for implementation.">
  • Engage in at least 3 process improvement initiatives that facilitate project delivery and enhance client support.">
  • Maintain and provide relevant data for project status and progress upon management request.">
  • Train self and team members on the implementation process and client data validation.">
  • Possess hands-on experience in Project Management, using tools for activities such as project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFPs, etc.">
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of design & solution processes, with added value from hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects and restricting scope creep and resource wastage.">
