Cloud Platform Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or OCI.

This position requires expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and system provisioning, with hands-on experience using Terraform, Ansible, or CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and implement cloud infrastructure designs that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
  • Automation and Provisioning: Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and management of cloud resources.
  • Database Management: Optimize and manage databases like Oracle, Redshift, Exadata, Postgres to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • System Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain systems like Tableau, Apache Airflow, Kafka, and cloud-based databases to support data-driven decision making.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud environments follow best practices in security, scalability, and reliability to protect client data and meet regulatory requirements.
  • DevOps Best Practices: Implement DevOps best practices for automation, monitoring, and logging to improve collaboration and efficiency across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ Years of Cloud Experience: Proven experience working with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
  • IaC Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible.
  • Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell for automation and configuration management.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Setup: Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
  • Databases and Platforms: Deep knowledge of databases like Oracle, Exadata, and experience setting up and managing platforms like Tableau, Airflow, Kafka.
