Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Brief:

Human Resource Managers are required to oversee various aspects of HR operations. They must have a deep understanding of Indian Labour Laws and Statutes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Statutory Compliance and Audit (EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.)
  • Payroll Management and MIS Reports
  • Human Resource Administration and Recruitment
  • Employee Welfare and Insurance handling
  • Full and Final Settlements, EPF Settlements
  • Cess Assessment
  • Procuring CLRA and BOCW Licenses
  • Labour Notices under Statutory bodies
  • Internal statutory audits at project sites

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, methodical, and process-driven
  • Independent, proactive, and initiative-taking
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, and ability to work under pressure

Education:

Any Degree/Post Degree is acceptable for this role.
