Job Summary

As a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP professional, we are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules and E-business suite R12, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on implementation and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement;
  • Participate in system design and configuration to ensure it meets business requirements;
  • Support change management initiatives by helping stakeholders understand the benefits of the new system and processes;
  • Manage system integrations, interfaces, and data migrations;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Fusion ERP system;
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users and other team members;
  • Work closely with technical consultants and business support specialists to ensure the successful implementation and support of Fusion ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Functional Knowledge: Expertise of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules - Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting (PA), Project Management, Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P);
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge about Oracle Fusion technology stack, including PaaS Technical, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports;
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems is Mandatory;
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science/CA/MBA Finance;
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion stack and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and Oracle EBS R12.

  • Preferred certifications for this role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM/Project Management Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
