Job Opportunity

The position of Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant Business Analyst is available for a skilled professional.

  • Lead and implement hands-on solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on configuration and process optimization.
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Map out current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimized processes that align with best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Functional Knowledge: Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules - Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting (PA), Project Management, O2C (Order to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge about Oracle Fusion technology stack, including PaaS Technical, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems is Mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.

Additional Considerations:

  • Project Management: Experience in managing ERP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Fusion ERP system.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensuring that the Fusion ERP system complies with various regulatory requirements and maintaining robust security measures to protect sensitive data.

Preferred certifications for this role include Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Certification, and Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM/Project Management Certification.
