We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BIM trainee to join our team. As a BIM trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced engineers and architects in the creation of high-quality Building Information Models (BIM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge of CAD and BIM tools, preferably Autodesk Revit, to assist in the development of accurate 3D models.
- Support the team in Scan-to-BIM projects, where you will convert point cloud data into detailed 3D models.
- Collaborate with senior BIM engineers and architects to prepare architectural and structural models at various levels of detail (LOD).
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring that all models meet client standards.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality outputs within set deadlines by working closely with project teams.
Requirements:
- You should be a final-year student or recent graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Familiarity with basic CAD or BIM software is essential, with Revit being preferred.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new software and workflows is necessary for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required to effectively collaborate with project teams.
