Enterprise Data Operations Leadership

At the forefront of enterprise data operations, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead the end-to-end management of our vast data assets and operational workflows.

  • As an Enterprise Data Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data professionals in managing daily data operations, ensuring the availability, quality, consistency, and timeliness of data across platforms and functions.
  • Key responsibilities include defining standard operating procedures for data lifecycle management, overseeing and continuously improving daily operational workflows, and establishing key data operations metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing a team of data engineers with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and designing and maintaining data pipelines and analytics solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data flow issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting languages for process monitoring and automation.

Functional Skills:

  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Experience collaborating with data engineering, analytics, IT operations, and business teams in a matrixed organization.
    • Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, access control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
    • Data Engineering Management experience in Biotech/Life Sciences/Pharma.
