As a skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer, you will play a key role in crafting AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging machine learning to create cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Design evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, focusing on polyglot approaches and open-source models.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray being a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with a focus on Python, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and emerging RAG stack technologies.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
