We are seeking an accomplished technology solutions delivery expert to spearhead our client's Web & Mobile unit and drive the organization's next strategic leap. This visionary leader will oversee the entire business unit's operations, ensuring seamless project delivery and outstanding results.

This position combines strategic vision with hands-on management, focusing on driving operational excellence while maintaining full accountability for the Business Unit's financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the technology sector, and proven experience in managing complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Excellence :

- Spearhead the delivery of technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements

- Develop and implement high-quality project management processes and methodologies to guarantee successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction

- Lead a team of project managers, delivery leads, and other key personnel, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive project success

- Ensure operational processes and standards are in place to support efficient project execution and high-quality delivery

- Drive excellence in process management, quality assurance, and delivery management to customers

- Foster continuous improvement initiatives to monitor and enhance capacity utilization

- Leverage operational team data to inform decisions and drive operational improvements

P&L Ownership :

- Take full ownership of the Business Unit's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis

- Develop and manage the unit's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing cost management

- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets and drive profitability

- Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Serve as the escalation point for client issues, resolving complex problems and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

- Collaborate with the central customer success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Team Leadership & Development :

- Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence

- Identify talent needs, oversee recruitment, and support professional development and career growth for team members

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team alignment with organizational goals.

Background and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the B2B technology sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and P&L management.

- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications

- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight

- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
