Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Academic Operations Management: Oversee daily academic activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the coaching center.
  • Faculty Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of experienced faculty members to deliver high-quality education.
  • Educational Delivery: Ensure that teaching and learning processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the institution's vision.
  • Student Performance Monitoring: Track student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Curriculum Planning: Develop, review, and update curricula to meet the changing needs of students and the industry.
  • Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of academic and administrative functions.
  • Learning Environment Maintenance: Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing academic operations, faculty, and educational delivery.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide teams.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the education sector, particularly in coaching and tutoring.
