Enterprise Application Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Support Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of system integration and API development.

This specialist will be responsible for providing expert-level support for enterprise applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring uninterrupted functionality.

The successful candidate will collaborate with system stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, and will utilize their technical knowledge to design, develop, and maintain API integrations between enterprise systems.

In addition, they will monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.

They will also act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

Documenting and maintaining comprehensive records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing application support, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of API integration and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience with S5/SCM Solution and API integration.
